“My right hearing device did not seem to be working. I called and was told to come to the office. The nice lady at the desk took both devices and when she came back, she said they needed a good cleaning. What a difference! Apparently I neglected to do this on a regular basis! I would benefit from being shown how to do this myself and also learn the frequency of this maintenance.”
