“This is a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional business.”
“Extremely professional and patient. All questions were thoroughly addressed. A very positive experience with an excellent outcome and I’m enjoying an ability to hear that went without for too long!”
“Great service and assistance. Clemente and Miller did a wonderful job”
“I went to my doctor for a routine annual checkup. She clapped her hands behind my head and asked me if I heard anything. I didn't. That was a wake-up clap. I always thought that nobody can hear anyone on the telephone or in restaurants, and that everyone mumbled. On my doctor's recommendation, I scheduled a hearing test at ABHA, and it was a real eye-opener. The results showed that my hearing was excellent some frequencies, but fell off the chart at others. I never knew that I was missing a huge chunk of the audio spectrum. ABHA was able to immediately fit me with hearing aids, and I could hear sounds I'd never heard before. Cost was a big concern for me, but the staff contacted my insurance carrier, and within the hour I was good-to-go with just the standard 10% co-pay. The difference in my hearing was not dramatic volume-wise -- that wasn't the problem. But it made a huge difference in my ability to hold conversations without straining and eliminated my frustration and anxiety in social situations. Plus, my new hearing aids are compatible with my iPhone and iPad, which for a busy travelling professional makes a big difference. Thank you, ABHA!”
“First off I want to thank the staff for seeing me so quickly. Miller was fantastic to work with and understood the urgency of my situation. I was brought back for evaluation within 10 minutes of my appointment time ( so very rare these days ). Sonja put me through a battery of tests and was very patient and helpful throughout my 3 hours of testing. This was continuous testing and the time went by quickly and I even had fun during the tests. Sonja is very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel welcomed and important. Dr. Day listened to my issues and allowed me to explain without interruption , then asked pointed questions that were pertinent to my case. I was comfortable in knowing that I was being tested by a quality facility and with people that have experience and are down to earth with a sense of humor. These are my kind of people. ”
