Biltmore Ear Nose & Throat - Tempe

“I have been suffering from tinnitus for many years. I saw Biltmore Ent’s in Tempe, AZ add for treatment of tinnitus. I made an appointment. First they did an audiology test and they reviewed by Dr Paquet. I asked if my issue was brain or ears and could that be tested. Then…. I thought he said, there was no cure. But they advertise helping with tinnitus. After leaving, I was confused. I have been trying to call for his PA or Assistant. Just for clarification. I’ve left over 5 messages and NO call backs. I called the appointment line to get a real person…no luck. I’m not sure they even care. Ringing is still with me…. ”

“The ENT specialist I saw was very short and condescending. He repeatedly curt me off while I was speaking. He didn't Listen to a thing I had to say. I truly felt I was being treated poorly due to having Access health insurance. This was the first time I've ever seen an ENT and I would not recommend this office. Thank you!”
