“During my first visit, Dr. Rohe took his time to really understand the discomfort I have been experiencing. He gathered necessary information, explained my options, made his suggestion and explained his reasoning. At no point during any of our meetings have I ever felt rushed. He is a very wise, patient and kind person. Additionally, Amy Rohe has been very courteous and helped me adjust my hearing device over the phone. I highly recommend Tinnitus & Hearing Center of Arizona!!”

“Dr. Rohe is a very kind person and spends as much time as you need to feel comfortable and get all your questions answered - you never feel rushed. He specializes in musicians, and understands our issues and needs better than any ENT or audiologist I've been to. I highly recommend him.”

“Dr. Rohe spent much time with me explaining why my hearing aids didn't work and showed me how to resolve the problem. He was pleasant and spent more time than I ever expected! Thank you!!!”

“In my opinion (and I have been a patient here for 14 years) Dorothy is ALWAYS very professional, a good listener and provides me with excellent options for my concerns. I have never been here or called when she has not addressed my questions in a proficient and qualified manner. She always finds a solution. She certainly is a delight, and an asset to the Tinnitus & Hearing Center of Arizona. ”

“Dr Rohe is a likeable, competent and conscientious audiologist. Whoever runs his front desk is not. I had been an attendee of his 8 week tinnitus program even though I live in north, north Scottsdale and the drive is considerable. I asked the front desk person for consideration in getting an appointment in the late morning and was given two impossible appointment times and then told that the next opening after these would be two weeks hence. NO audiologist is three weeks out. Period. She was completely indifferent to restoring me as a patient.”

Official Response from Tinnitus & Hearing Center of Arizona, LLC:
“Hi Lewis, We are sorry that you felt that you had a negative encounter with Dorothy. We tried to call you on two occasions to discuss this in person and were unable to reach you. Upon careful review we can assure you that Dorothy was not being indifferent to you. She offered several appointment dates and times with both providers that were within a few days of your call. She didn’t know what else to say as all the options she provided you were not acceptable to you. Dorothy is kind and compassionate and we continually receive very positive compliments about her from our patients. Unfortunately, our schedule was less flexible during this time frame than you would have liked due to extenuating circumstances. Dr. Rohe had several recent tragedies in his family and blocked his schedule in the event he needed to travel. However, being a specialist and offering services that aren’t provided elsewhere, Dr. Rohe’s schedule is often booked a week out. We have two providers to provide an appropriate balance in patient scheduling. You eventually called back, not to discuss this situation, but to schedule an appointment with Dr. Rohe. Dorothy made every effort to obtain as much information needed to accommodate your visit with us, as she does with all our patients. When it came to light that we don’t contract with the company you require services with, we made calls to try to help place you with a new provider. If we knew this at the time of your first call, all of this could have been avoided. We wish you all the best and hope you are well taken care of. ”
