“This review is based on the first couple of visits because I just started going to SoundRelief in Scottsdale, AZ. I would say my audiologist, Dr. Kelly, is very thorough and gives a valid and reliable test for both hearing loss and tinnitus. She even asks you to repeat short sentences so that she can thoroughly evaluate the hearing loss in a real test and interpret thoroughly . It is also printed in color for you. As to tinnitus, I don't even know what happened to that tinnitus since I got those devices from Sound Relief . As soon as I put the devices in, I forgot I had tinnitus. So, if anything, the program is working right away. I won't even refer to this as "my tinnitus" or "my" hearing loss because it is "that tinnitus" or "that hearing loss" which frames it a different and more positive way for me, so that I am not owning it, like "my car". But I love the online program that helps manage the impact of tinnitus. As I said this review is early but I wanted to go ahead and post it . I think this will be a great place and will be a great program for me.”

“When I first came to Sound Relief, I was in a panic with horrible tinnitus that had come about. I thought it would go away, and after reading all the scary stories on the internet, I realized that I needed help. After my first visit with my audiologist at Sound Relief, my mind was put at ease. They told me everything that I needed ,to be able to live a normal life with tinnitus. I took the TRT classes that were offered, and was fitted with some Oticon hearing devises, that put calming wave sounds into my ears. I used them for the sound therapy that gave my brain a break from the horrible sounds of the tinnitus. It took about 3 months for my brain to accept the tinnitus sounds. The hearing devises worked great, with the calming wave sounds. I could adjust the loudness and I had the rechanging station. The folks at Sound Relief are professionals. They saved my life. If I ever had a question, all I had to do was call or email. They are the best. Everyone in that office, Scottsdale and Peoria are so knowledgeable and kind, Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
