My aids needed adjustment while in PHX for a visit and she took almost an hour to help re program them and allow me to hear my son and his wife on our first visit in over a year because of the virus. The amazing part was she didn't even charge me for her time and help. I wish we didn't live over 900 miles away from her or she would be my regular specialist.”
