“I had broken my hearing aid and bought another one online and needed it to be reprogram to my other hearing aid and I found this office the doctor's name is Elizabeth she is a wonderful person my ears had a lot of wax and she could not run a hearing test. I went back a week later I had cleaned out one ear she said there was a ball in front of my eardrum and she reminded me that many times people use cotton swabs to clean their ears and it's best not to well lo and behold the solution removed a huge ball from a cotton swab which surprised me I thanked her very much for telling me that however my other ear was not cleaned out enough so I had to reschedule for another week this lady is lovely she knows what she's doing she knows what she's talking about I will be a long time patient there and her receptionist I believe her name was Amanda forgive me if I'm wrong they are the most sweetest people you could ever meet and I'm grateful that I found them both I will be going back to get my hearing test done and my hearing aid programmed and I'm sure everything will be worked out just fine because I know these people know what they're doing and they are a very good asset to the city of Mesa”

She asks the right questions, makes me feel at home and improves on what I am able to hear. Her next scheduled appointment came early, but made sure she had answered all my questions and made doubly sure I didn't needed anything more.
