I had hearing aids from a big box warehouse store. I thought that I was getting the best ones available. Boy was I wrong. Dr. Diamond and her staff fitted myself and my wife with the best ones on the market. We are both overjoyed with the results of our purchase. Not only do they work perfectly but the whole buying experience was great. The doctor took all the time needed to help us and set up our individual aids. The receptionist answering the phone for the appointment is very pleasant and helpful not only in setting the appointment but also answering questions and easing concerns. There is then a reminders digital and also by personal phone call regarding the appointment time. I found the doctors to be professional, personable and caring. No rush job. The doctors take the time answer questions after the evaluation and allow time to make decisions regarding the device to help with hearing. Let's face it, these little things are pricey, but are sure many times better than what they were a few years ago. Each time I have gone, over the past two years, I have been pleased. ”
