Dr. Freed is a licensed audiologist receiving his Masters in Audiology from Queens College in 1996 and completed his Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida in spring 2000. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and has served as an adjunct professor for Adelphi University and as a facilitator for the Doctorate program in Audiology for the University of Florida. 

Dr. Freed offers his 25 years’ experience in audiology when helping his patients hear their very best. With a specialty in Auditory Rehabilitation, you will leave with a better understanding of your individual hearing and how the latest technology can help you hear better.

When Dr. Freed is not in the center, he enjoys spending time entertaining family and friends, taking trips on his motorcycle, listening to and playing music.

Licensed Audiologist, Carla Hickey, received her undergraduate and master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from Adelphi University and continued her education by earning a doctorate degree from Salus University. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and licensed in the states of Florida and New York. Dr. Hickey has 17 years’ experience helping patients with their individual hearing healthcare needs.

Christine Rossi has over 6 years’ experience in the hearing industry with extensive knowledge in all hearing instruments. She takes pleasure in helping patients with the maintenance of their hearing aids. It is her goal and passion to treat all patients as she would her own family, with respect and compassion.

When Christine is not greeting patients in the office, she is a devoted mother to her four children.
