Dr. Sapodin explained and showed what my hearing problem is extensively and showed exactly how to work with my hearing problem. She and all employees who I've dealt with have been nothing less then professional. She has taken the time to follow up with my progress via calls and emails and given the opportunity to call her with any issues.
