“Great experience from making initial appointment to reminders to actual appointments. Nicholas was great with the appointment and reminders. The audiologist Judy took her time to explain my particular issues and all my option. A plus-they have parking underneath. Great experience, highly recommend.”
“Due to the Virus we had to wait in the hallway. Hopefully that will be taken care of. ”
“Didn't really seem concerned with my problem. I did not feel a warm atmosphere in office. Just felt written off when they suggested another Dr. way in Queens, when this office has the same services? It was a waste of time.”
“I didn't have to wait long, good bedside manner, and he solved the problem.”
“I had been having some issues with my hearing so I went to a Miracle Ear location to be tested. The staff were nice but it seemed like they were only interested in selling and closing the deal on a hearing aid. There was no flex in the price (which can be costly). However, having hearing is a necessary part of life so Ill pay. Anyway I told them Id think it over. I wanted another opinion so I went to Hearing Help Associates in Jericho. I saw Judy the Audiologist and made my decision. Im in love with my new hearing aids and her professionalism. I will definitely recommend her to my family and my friends!!”
