They fitted me with a temporary hearing aid at no charge, while they sent my hearing aid in for repair. I was very happy to find them since the audiologist I bought the hearing aid from 4 years ago was no longer in business. ”

“The person who fitted me for my first ever hearing aids was very patient,explained everything and answered all my questions. She didn’t try to steer me to the top of the line hearing aid or try to dissuade me from the choice I made. I was told I could upgrade during the trial period with no penalty so I started with the model that is one step up from the basic one. So far I’m adjusting to hearing again as well as background sounds that the brain filters out with time. Ii have been wearing them for a week and what a difference! The staff were nice but it seemed like they were only interested in selling and closing the deal on a hearing aid. There was no flex in the price (which can be costly). However, having hearing is a necessary part of life so Ill pay. Anyway I told them Id think it over. I wanted another opinion so I went to Hearing Help Associates in Jericho. I saw Judy the Audiologist and made my decision. Im in love with my new hearing aids and her professionalism. I will definitely recommend her to my family and my friends!!”
