“Hearing Center of Long Island not that far from my house. One day my I took my moms hearing aid to the center and asked to take a look at because it was not turning on. People at that location was very nice and friendly. Even I did not purchase the hearing aid from them, they looked at it, fixed it and replaced the battery. When I asked for how much I owe you, the audiologist said nothing. I was really surprised for such a wonderful gesture from him. You just made me your permanent customer. Thank you.”

“I picked up my hearing devices on January 27 and went back today to discuss how I was making out with them. I explained to Dr Lazzaro that they didn't seem as strong and she made some adjustments. It is better now and when I go back in two weeks I will see if any other adjustments. “Was referred by a friend to go to this place for my hearing. Happy knew I had some hearing loss. Such a friendly staff as well as doctors. I had a free consultation which took about 1 1/2 hours! Never felt like it took that long. I was given all different kinds of State of the Art tests for both ears! Wow, never knew my hearing was that bad. I was given a small hearing aid for each ear as the hearing loss was different in each ear. Amazing that I can actually hear! Does not even feel like I have them in. I'm more than pleased to say when I thought I had an issue with one of my brand new aids, but was not local to my (usual and primary) audiologist, I was able to be seen by Dr. Cardano....and right away, to boot. He took the time, had the patience, and showed good humor in reinforcing what I might term the "care and feeding" of my hearing aids.
