Audiologist Angelina Valencia was born and raised in Mexico, but now lived in California for over half her life. Her inspiration for becoming an audiologist came from watching her mother struggle with hearing and speech problems growing up. Angelina graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders and from San Francisco State University with a Master’s of Science in Audiology. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Valencia treats patients of all ages for hearing loss and depends upon both her passion for learning and strong desire to help others to ensure the people she sees receive the best care possible. She earned her Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a Task Force member of the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board
