Sierra Harnsanamyxay grew up in San Jose, CA. She is a Hearing Aid Dispenser licensed by the state of California, and has been working in the hearing healthcare field since 2018. Sierra's strong passion for helping those in the community comes from personal experience: Her partner has a sensorineural hearing loss caused by a childhood viral infection. Her love for her partner and the significant impact of hearing loss were her inspiration to join the hearing healthcare field. When not helping people hear better, she also enjoys art and hiking the Santa Cruz mountains with her family.

“I got my hearing aids from Heraing life 2 years ago and have been enjoyed using them , especially their different programs for different situations. Working with Sierra and Malika has been a pleasure . When i missed an appointment recently, they were both so nice about it, understanding that these things happen. Malika even gave me, at my request, an extra reminder call the day of my rescheduled appointment. Sierra just developed a program for my hearing aids designed specifically for birding and spent quite a bit of time adjusting my hearing aids to various bird calls and also fine tuned the other programs.
