“I had to buy a newer hearing aid model, because my old ones were outdated. I love the ones I chose which enable me to decrease/increase the volume. They have shown me during several visits how to care for the hearing aids. Jim and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and have done their best to make this a satisfactory experience. I am grateful for the free parking vouchers. Best of all, Jim connected me with Care Credit and I can choose to pay off my hearing aids in 18 months Interest free. I highly recommend HearingLife without reservation.”
“First I want to say I have had 3 different Dr. since going to this clinic. I was told by second Audio. Dr. that my hearing aids where fine even though I complained the volume was not right. Then I came in to meet new Audio. Dr. and was told same thing and then few months later my hearing aids go out after warranty and now I am stuck with a large bill. Which I was told when sent out it was cover. Then while all is going on the Dr goes on leave and the receptionist never answers the phone at this clinic. and I had to tract down through other means to find out if my hearing aids where back. She finally called. To this day months later this receptionist still never answers the phone. I have cancelled my appointments with them and decided to go elsewhere. I am trying to get a hold of the corporate office to discuss my bill. Be careful of this place they wait until your warranty is up??”
“She seemed very straightforward and positive - had a good vibe.”
