“It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Little yesterday; I was glad I had gone out of the way to get to her new office. She took her time with me, explaining the virtues of various brands of hearing aids after several tests, and discussing pricing and other nontechnical issues. I look forward to working with her, and am happy to recommend her to anyone with hearing problems.”
“Dr. Little is very professional and highly skilled. She is also personable and agreeable to answering questions and concerns.”
“I recently needed a repair done to my five-year-old Oticon Alta 2 in-the-ear hearing aids, which HearingLife Greenbrae had to send to the manufacturer. Following the repair, the hearing aides were re-programmed to the pre-repair program setting per my request. The staff was very professional and courteous and all communication surrounding the repair was very efficient. My compliments!”
“Staff were welcoming. One was professionally dressed. The other was not. Unprofessional attire in a healthcare setting can cause questions of competence even if that’s not the case. The test by the technician felt rushed. The results were frustrating in that I can understand graphs but not the symbols used in documenting the results. I was not satisfied leaving with minimal information. This center was able to identify a problem but not the cause. They told me they couldn’t help me. I’ve been referred to a specialist. ”
“Absolutely great in all respects. Always helpful, efficient and friendly. I would recommend them anytime. Responses always prompt. Thanks!”
