“Staff were welcoming. One was professionally dressed. The other was not. Unprofessional attire in a healthcare setting can cause questions of competence even if that’s not the case. The test by the technician felt rushed. The results were frustrating in that I can understand graphs but not the symbols used in documenting the results. I was not satisfied leaving with minimal information. This center was able to identify a problem but not the cause. They told me they couldn’t help me. I’ve been referred to a specialist. ”
