Brian McConnell is a 2nd generation seasoned Hearing Health care professional with 15 years of experience. He is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, licensed by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board. Brian is an active member of the International Hearing Society and the American Cochlear Implant Alliance.

His passion for his vocation was ignited by his older brother Kevin, who was born with a profound hearing loss and began wearing hearing aids at just 18 months. Witnessing his brother’s struggles first hand he elected to continue in Mark’s footsteps to help those with hearing difficulties.

Brian has diligently served various independent living and nursing homes in the Stark County area and is now located at the Canton office location. His approach to patient directed care is through attentive listening and fostering genuine connections. Brian empowers his patients to set realistic expectations and in turn enhance their overall quality of life. 

Outside of his professional life, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Caitlyn and their delightful one year old daughter. Some of his hobbies include golf, home improvement projects, and cheering on Notre Dame Football.

Mark McConnell is a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist licensed by the state of Ohio. As a member of both The International Hearing Society and The Hearing Healthcare Alliance of Ohio, his expertise is second to none. His profound motivation to help those with hearing loss stems from his own personal experience when his eldest son Kevin was born with a profound hearing loss and started wearing hearing aids at 18 months old. This life altering event inspired Mark to make a positive impact in the lives of others facing similar challenges.

With 37 years of experience and as a prominent member of the community, Mark is committed to helping those with hearing loss and raising awareness in hearing health. Mark has served the community with numerous hearing health events and public speaking engagements. Omni Advanced Hearing stands behind its service and commitment to help everyone achieve maximum improvement to their hearing loss. Mark also enjoys spending time with his wife, Kathy and his 4 sons. Some of Mark’s hobbies include golfing, fishing, and spending time away at a cabin.

Stacy Mulheim is a Hearing Instrument Specialist licensed by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board. She is also a member of The International Hearing Society. Stacy was born with a hearing loss and started wearing hearing aids at the age of 4. She started coming to Omni Advanced Hearing Aid Center as a patient in 2009, after her Grandmother told her about Mark McConnell’s son Kevin’s experience with hearing loss. As a patient, it was important that Stacy had someone who understood, listened, and cared for her. After 5 years, Mark McConnell hired Stacy and started training her. She became a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2016. Stacy has brought a special level of care to Omni Hearing Center with her professionalism and experience, which allows her to emotionally connect firsthand with her patients.

Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter. Some of Stacy’s hobbies include attending Cleveland Indians games and bowling.

Patrick McConnell is a Hearing Instrument Specialist licensed by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board. He is also an active member of the International Hearing Society and the American Cochlear Implant Alliance. Patrick studied Business Management and Marketing at the University of Akron. Patrick is self-motivated, patient, and diligent with providing the accurate care needed for hearing success. Patrick strives every day to come closer to his end goal of following in his father's footsteps. Patrick, being the youngest of Mark's sons, has witnessed firsthand the life changing results you can achieve with the proper compassion and willingness to help. After becoming part of the OMNI team in 2019, Patrick has helped each patient with the intention of making the hearing health care process easy.

Patrick enjoys attending Cleveland Browns games, golfing with friends, and getting together with family.
