“My mom is on 24/7 care, due to the fact that she is non-ambulatory. When one of her caregivers washed my mother’s hearing aid in the washing machine, I was at a loss. To take mom out to get her hearing tested, etc. etc., it takes a day off work and 2 people to do it. So thinking maybe there was someone who could come to her, I googled Mobile Hearing Aids & John’s company popped up. I left a message via his website, and he responded right away. What I didn’t realize is that he was in Ohio, while we are in California. John, however, jumped into action and researched someone who might be a mobile company in my area. Looking out for our best interest, John didn’t like that person, so he said he himself could help me all the way from Ohio. I sent him mom’s old aid, and from that John was able to determine that the aid would need a costly repair, however he was able to download the programming of her old aid. Long story short, John ended up getting my mom not one but 2 hearing aids, all with her insurance. One is a rechargeable, and the second “back-up” one is a battery one. All I can say is this, with John’s expertise at Mobile Hearing Aids, you are getting a company who genuinely cares about his clients, and goes the extra mile to make sure you have what you need.
