“Very happy with my results. All my questions and concerns have always been answered. Great experience and I would refer to others. So happy to have such a compassionate and knowledgeable person to have my mother see for her hearing needs. Always patient with my mother and making her feel comfortable through this whole process. My mother loves her hearing aids.”
“Dr. Stofiel has done an outstanding job providing hearing services to our mother. Mom tried 2 different hearing aids previously, with frustrating results. She has limited vision and mobility. Dr. Stofiel came to Mom’s house for ear examination and cleaning, hearing testing, and hearing aid recommendation and fitting. She helped Mom feel comfortable and confident throughout the process and we are pleased that Mom decided to keep her aids this time. Dr. Stofiel also handled insurance submittal to cover the aids’ cost. My brothers and I highly recommend Dr. Stofiel - our experience with her has been exceptional!”

“My Dad is not easy to please, he’s 95 and does not feel well many times. Dr. Stofiel was very patient kind and compassionate. So thankful for her ... he can now hear again and since I live 500 miles away and depend on the phone to keep in touch, it is a blessing to have him hear me! God Bless Dr. Stofiel for the work you do!!!”
“I only rated her a 5, but she deserves a 5+. When I met audiologist Patricia Stofiel at a Guardcare event in New Philadelphia I was so discouraged with my hearing loss that I quit attending events that I knew I wouldn't be able to hear at. Over the years I had purchased three sets of hearing aids but was still struggling with my hearing loss. I didn't even feel there was any use to talk to another audiologist, but at my wife's insistence, I talked to Dr. Stofiel and she gave me the first sign of hope. She offered to check my hearing at her office in Twinsburg. I scheduled an appointment with her although her office is about 2 1/2 hours from where we live. When I arrived at her office I found out that she had the latest equipment and knowledge and a genuine interest in helping me no matter how long it took. After spending an afternoon with me I found out that part of my hearing loss was due to word recognition. Dr. Stofiel offered many helpful suggestions and didn't try to sell me yet another set of hearing aids. She worked at adjusting the ones I already had. This is so unlike other audiologist visits I have had where all that they wanted to do was convince me that their hearing aids were the best. She was truly just interested in helping me hear better. I haven't heard music in years and still struggle with most of it, but after visiting her I was able to hear the music of my wife and my favorite song and we danced to it. We hadn't done that in years. Dr. Stofiel even wrote me a long and helpful email after my visit. She is truly the best! I only wished she had her practice nearer to our home. If you have hearing loss you owe it to yourself to schedule a visit with this wonderful, caring person. She's the best!!!”
