“Both staff members are very nice, very professional. ”
“Had a minor problem with one of my hearing aids (which was my fault, not theirs or the hearing aid company) . Between Dr. Cork and the receptionist, my problem was solved quickly in a professional and efficient many. Very polite and considerate duo.”
“The young lady at the desk could not be any friendlier. She is so polite and helpful. Bonnie is the exact same way. Does not push you to buy new hearing aids but does all she can do for you with these hearing aids that you have and checks your ears thoroughly - I like that.”
“Bonnie Cork and Mary are above excellent! I have gone to several audiologists, none of which have given me the time, care, options, and respect that Bonnie and Mary have given. Mary greeted me and my wife with a warm welcome and was so very helpful in top-notch scheduling and, at times, rescheduling. Bonnie gave me the time that I needed and went beyond. I am a retired music educator, and Bonnie openly saw my desires to "hear" music. She assessed my needs with great accuracy. She is friendly and observant. An A+ is not a high enough rating for Bonnie and Mary. They know their stuff, both in hearing needs and economic needs of the patient! Thank you!”
“It was a very thorough exam plus the ear wax was removed from my left ear”
