Timothy Lin is licensed with the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board and has served individuals and families across Ohio for more than 25 years. He is dedicated to improving hearing health through personalized, compassionate care, helping patients achieve a better quality of life.
At HearingLife, Tim serves as a preceptor for new apprentices and a trusted mentor to his colleagues. He remains committed to professional growth by regularly attending seminars and continuing education courses to stay current in the field.
Outside of work, Tim is active in the Pickerington Chamber of Commerce, volunteers with the Heart of Food Pantry in Reynoldsburg, and enjoys staying active through pickleball at the YMCA. He is also a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
Kylee Dailey,

Audiologist
Dr. Kylee Dailey is a licensed audiologist from southeast Ohio who brings both clinical expertise and personal insight to her practice. Having been born with hearing loss herself, she offers a uniquely empathetic and patient-centered approach, allowing her to connect meaningfully with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
Dr. Dailey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, and completed her Doctor of Audiology degree at Ohio University in 2024.
She is passionate about helping patients achieve their best possible hearing outcomes and is committed to ensuring each individual feels understood, supported, and empowered throughout their hearing healthcare journey. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Dailey enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her dog, and exploring new restaurants.

“I was out of town when my charger broke. My HAids are only a few months old. I called the closest Hearing Life so I didn’t have to drive far for a new charger though they aren’t my normal store. They were WONDERFUL and did all they could to get me taken care of. Great experience!!!”
