“Great to see such a nice group of people who are totally dedicated to helping their customers. They serviced my hearing aids at the end of my warranty and I didn’t even purchase them at their facility. Can’t recommend them more!”

“Went in today to get my new hearing aids. Kaylee Porter was fitting the new aids and was explaining them very well. She was patient and well spoken and I felt comfortable during the fitting. Everything went perfectly. Got my follow up appointment all set up also. Outside I go and got in my car, as i was backing out I turned my head and got feedback in my left ear. Seems like when my left ear got near the headrest on my seat, Feedback. Back in I go. Kaylee took me right back to recheck the dome. That is when she looked in my ear and saw wax. She began to remove it and stopped and said she needed to get a different device to remove the wax. Now she is back trying to get the wax out and discovered a had a dome from another hearing aid deep in my ear. She was successful in removing the dome along with all of the wax surrounding it. About 1 year ago i went to bed with my hearing aids in and discovered in the morning there was no dome on the aid when i took it out of ear. I tried to get the dome out of my ear as well as my wife trying. We were on vacation out of state, so I went to a Urgent Car location and explained I had a hearing aid dome in my ear. They checked and said nothing was in my ear, even washed it out. No dome found. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I went to an ENT for a unrelated problem, he checked ears as a matter of the exam. He said I had wax in the ear and prescribed ear drops to help get rid of the wax. He also missed the dome. So if I could give Kaylee a 10 star rating I would, along with the rest of the staff. Great job all of you and Thanks”

“I was recommended to the Family Hearing and Balance center due to my severe tinnitus and to learn how to deal and live with it. I was skeptical at first and was ready to walk if I felt this was just quackery, luckily it wasn’t and now I’m extremely happy that I came. I found Dr. Reikowski very knowledgeable as he proceeded with the initial meeting, he was also caring and receptive to my problem. The path we’ve moved forward with for helping me cope with this problem is just in its infancy but I feel if does offer me the best chance of living a normal life. I would recommend that if you have any hearing problems that you set an appointment and see for yourself.”

“Dr. Reikowski is truly a dedicated professional. A high quality individual who really cares about the patient. I feel like I could not have selected a better practice to go to for my hearing concerns. After a complete examination of my hearing he took the time to completely answer my questions and concerns. I feel very confident and comfortable with the hearing aids I acquired. I feel that it was a very much needed and valuable investment. I highly recommend Dr. Reikowski and his staff. They will take exceptional care of your hearing needs.”
