D, has held leadership positions in audiology organizations, has multiple publications in leading journals and produces a patient newsletter for audiologists around the country. In addition, at every waking moment he is experiencing the good and bad of hearing aids and is working on ways to maximize the experience. He pointed out how to stop my old hearing aids from falling out and clearly and patiently discussed the options and strengths of each unit I was considering.
