“I was experiencing hearing loss for a long time. I was quite nervous about getting hearing aids. Denis was professional, knowledgeable, caring and attentive. He took time to carefully explain about my hearing difficulties. I am very grateful for his outstanding care and highly recommend him if you have need for hearing aids. ”
“It had been some time since I had a hearing test. I use hearing aids. I got a new set of hearing aids. People commented that my hearing had improved. When I watch TV or listen to the radio I lower the volume. I do not ask people to repeat what they said. It just took two visit to have my hearing aids. I am pleased with service and attention I received.”
“My experience with Denis was outstanding. He took the time to understand my condition and recommended a course of action that I'm hopeful will make me feel better. Highly recommended. His staff was courteous as well.”
“Dennis was thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to my mother how to get the most from her new hearing aids. The fit for the earpiece is snug and comfortable. Thank you for your expertise.”
“Very unsatisfied, had brought my aids in for service and when I got them back they were worse than when I first brought them in. I called a bout this and was told someone would get back to me. Waited several days and no got back to me, called again and again I was told someone would get back to me waited a week and stay there haven’t heard from them. Not happy with them.”
Received 04/02/2019Official Response from Community Hearing Services - Mount Kisco:“Dear Mary Ann, I apologize that you were disappointed with our services. Unfortunately, you called two different offices and spoke to two different people. You were scheduled for an appointment and then canceled it. Rachel saw that you had scheduled an appointment. When she saw that you had been scheduled she didn't realize you still wanted a callback. It is my understanding that Rachel sent your hearing aids out to the manufacturer to check that they were, in fact, working properly. She did this at no charge to you even though they were out of the warranty period. She has also set up a number of appointments with you to try and address your concerns. We have an open door policy and are always happy to work with our customers. If you would like to schedule an appointment we would be happy to work with you. Respectfully, Denis Murnane BC-HIS”
