“Over the course of 25 years, I have worked with four different audiologists. I was left dissatisfied by the first three. When I went to Community Hearing Services, I thought I needed a new set. Instead of starting a sales pitch, Dennis Murnane said, "Let me take a look at the old ones." He did a close inspection and decided it was a software problem. Could I give him a day to get the latest firmware from the company (which he did not sell)? I came back a day later and he said the problem was solved. Not only that, the hearing aids now had settings for four different situations. Eighteen months later, I came back after losing those aids on a trip. I got a new and much improved set from Community Hearing Services for less than I had paid for the originals. They're the best I've owned, and my appreciation for Mr. Murnane and his assistant could not be higher.”
“Community Hearing Services was excellent. They helped my husband and me find a hearing aid that took away the aggravation of tinnitus. My ear, noise and throat doctor found no solution, but Denis Murnane and his staff did. I am so glad we went, and if you are having hearing problems, you should definitely give it a go. ”
“After 3 years of a very positive experience with my first hearing aids, I upgraded to a new set. I chose to remain with Community Hearing because of the consistent, professional and caring service. No question left unanswered, easy to contact, and very trustworthy. Highly recommended. ”
“I was experiencing hearing loss for a long time. I was quite nervous about getting hearing aids. Denis was professional, knowledgeable, caring and attentive. He took time to carefully explain about my hearing difficulties. I am very grateful for his outstanding care and highly recommend him if you have need for hearing aids. ”
“It had been some time since I had a hearing test. I use hearing aids. I got a new set of hearing aids. People commented that my hearing had improved. When I watch TV or listen to the radio I lower the volume. I do not ask people to repeat what they said. It just took two visit to have my hearing aids. I am pleased with service and attention I received.”
