“Rachel Donchek is the most professional and kind person of all the various audiology centers I visited. She took special care to ensure I had the right size and fit for my hearing aids and always answered my questions in terms I could understand. She was meticulous in making adjustments until the volume and tone were just right. I highly recommend the Community Hearing Services and most of all I strongly encourage you to make Rachel your partner in this adventure.”
“Dr Tilley did a fantastic job in remedying an hearing issue I had. She took the time to listen, was very friendly, compassionate, professional and respectful. She explained everything during my appointments and made it very easy to understand. State-of-the-art hearing devices at competitive prices. Very efficient staff and billing department.”
“Rachel was absolutely amazing! She listened to my problem/issue, got right in it and explained what she was doing while she was going it. Everything was resolved within 5 minutes. Then she showed me, in detail, how to position the plastic “tails” in each device. Very caring and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.”
“Denis Murnane helped my life to become more efficient and pleasant. I no longer have trouble sitting around a conference table with clients and hearing what they have to say. I was very nervous that my hearing aid would be seen and that would be a sign of old age. The hearing aid I am wearing cannot be seen and makes me feel comfortable wearing it. Dennis Murnane is a caring, professional that truly cares about his patients.”
“Community Hearing Service at Carmel office was great to me. Now that it was time I just bought my second pair of hearing aids from them. ”
