“I was very impressed with the care and attention I received, from my first visit securing my hearing aid to the last following testing and my use of the device. Rachel Donchek was careful to explain all aspects of its use and to adjust it to the settings most appropriate for my hearing situation. And, I am quite pleased with the results. ”

“It took me three years to come to the realization and admit that I needed a hearing aid. Not knowing much about Community Hearing Services, I took a chance in going to it for services. But, I must say it was a choice that I have no regrets in making. My first few visits were attended by Denis Murnane. This past year, I have been served by Rachel Donchek, who is always most welcoming and attentive to you the minute you walk in the door. She is most professional and knowledgeable of her area. She explains everything in detail to you because she wants to be sure that you are comfortable with your hearing aids and can live your life normally. If you should have any questions, Rachel gives you her full attention. I never felt rushed at Community Hearing Services. I am grateful that I found such a place and close to home in Yonkers. Because of such superb service, I would recommend Community Hearing Services to my family, friends, and colleagues. ”
