“I took my mom, who is 92 to Community Hearing. We met with Rachel. I must say I was extremely impressed. Rachel handled my mom with kid gloves. She was so compassionate and caring with her. And understanding of her needs. I would highly recommend anyone with a hearing issue to see her. She made everything seem so effortless. ”
“I was apprehensive because I had a bad experience at another place. Rachel gave me excellent service and helped me feel at ease.”
“The place to go for a hearing aid! Rachel is a true professional who strives and succeeds at making certain the entire application is perfect. Rachel will work with you until you have achieved complete satisfaction. It is a pleasure to work with such a wonderful caring individual. Hope for my sake she never retires! Highly recommend Community Hearing.”
“No need to go anywhere else. My experience with Rachel was incredible. She did not stop working with me until she was AS or MORE satisfied than I was with my hearing aid or problem. I am a wearer of aids for more than 10 years. I finally found someone who is special. Lucky me. ”
“I imagine I'm one of the "more difficult" patients Rachel sees; adjustments are tricky for me. Rachel is professional, and patient and is willing to take however long it takes to get me a good working hearing instrument. ”
