“This was my first experience with a hearing aid. My hearing specialist Rachel was excellent. She answered all my questions, was polite, non pressure, and earned my trust. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend Rachel and Community Hearing Services to anyone seeking hearing help. Alan C ”
“They are great very friendly and knowledgeable no pressure on sales ”
“Professional, kind and helpful. The location in Arlington was convenient, too, but mostly, it's the people. I got exactly what I needed at a most affordable price and the aid has cured my hearing deficit. I highly recommend Community Hearing.”
“Wonderful. I might have written this before but, I feel the need to do it again. I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. Went to one place that wanted to charge me $1,000 dollars for a repair. They said they had to send it out and did not know when I would get it back. Community Hearing Services was $25.00 and a very pleasant, helpful service. They serviced my hearing aide right in front of me and explained what and why they were doing. The young lady that did my service was friendly and kind. Don't go any place else. ”
“Professional and knowledgeable and caring. She also follows up to make sure the aids are working.”
