“I have been wearing hearing aids for 20 years, and when I found Kristy, I found the BEST audiologist/hearing aid specialist. She is extremely knowledgeable about hearing loss and fitting hearing aids to match that loss. She is also realistic and not in the business to "sell" hearing aids. My hearing loss is profound/severe and we agreed that there are not many options for an upgrade with my hearing profile. I appreciate her honesty and her true commitment to what is best for patients. Her style is gentle and she was considerate regarding talking to me as a hearing impaired person. She explained the new hearing aids I tried and also gave me a reason that my ears were itching (overly dry) and recommended some drops that have been helpful. I am new to the area and feel very fortunate that I found Kristy. Hearing loss is a sensitive issue and you can be assured you will be in the very best care with Kristy. ”
“ I have been a client of Kristy for over a year. Been a most pleasurable experience with her help & guidance in treatment of my hearing loss. Her recommendations & explanations of hearing assistance have made my life much more amicable . Whole heartily recommend Community Hearing & staff.”
“I am very pleased with the caring service Kristy has given me. I didn’t know I was missing so much in a conversation. Kristy has made sure I am comfortable & happy with my hearing aids and that they are in top working condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Community Hearing to any of my friends.”
“When first I spoke to Kristy (Unflat) Tilley, via telephone, it quickly became evident that she was willing to give her all to assisting with the hearing issue I have. The hearing analysis that followed reinforced to me her dedication to her clients. Her knowledge, training and experience became equally apparent as she further analyzed my hearing strengths and weaknesses. Dr. Tilley has expressed her willingness to assist with my hearing issue whenever I feel it would be helpful. Delighted I am to gladly recommend her to any who are contemplating the services of a New York State Licensed Audiologist.”
“I have been a customer of Community Hearing Services for little over one year. I came from a large local medical group that I belong to. I had been with their Audiology department for almost five years and it is the worst. Never returning phone calls, inconvenient times for appointments and when they started charging $25 for each 15 minutes spent with me on routine check-ups, it was time to find another provider. Lucky me. I found Dr. Kristy Unflat-Tilley at Community Hearing Services and have never looked back. Even though they are a relatively small company, they are huge on customer service. Dr. Tilley is available for appointments convenient to me and never keeps me waiting to see her. She is very professional, yet empathic to my needs. She goes the extra mile to ensure any problems are taken care of and that I am not just another customer filling a time slot. If you have any kind of hearing problem, make the call to Dr. Tilley. you won’t be sorry. ”
