“Worked with Rachel and she was wonderful. She is a consummate professional and went far above and beyond to help obtain a new set of hearing aids from first meeting to the end. While we encountered some bumps along the way, that were due to external parties, she never relented and stayed on point until all matters were addressed beyond satisfaction. I would highly recommend her and her colleagues as your hearing professionals without hesitation.”
“I would recommend them to anyone, very professional and knowledgeable.”
“I have been a client for almost 2 years. I utilize the Poughkeepsie Ny office. Why do I think the service is excellent: because every one I meet is professional, makes you feel comfortable, is efficient at what they do, and is always willing to answer questions and attend your needs and will find a solution you can handle financially without attempting too sell the most expansive product with functions which are niceties rather than needs. They will let you choose after describing various alternatives. ”
“Perhaps the best Audiology group in Dutchess county. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of hearing. ”
“My husband and I both are clients of Rachel. She is great! It’s not easy to admit that one needs hearing aids. Rachel is patient and professional and makes the entire experience very comfortable. I would recommend Community Hearing Services and Rachel without hesitation.”
