Anita Avallone, a native of upper Bergen County, has been with HearingLife since 2002. She is very passionate and committed to delivering an extraordinary customer experience by helping more people hear better every day. Anita’s passion for hearing healthcare comes from seeing firsthand how quality of life can be so positively impacted by a commitment to optimal hearing health. She strives for excellence in a continued effort to improve the well-being of those suffering from hearing loss, as well as their entire families.

Ryan Jackson was born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey, and now resides in Ridgewood. His passion for hearing health comes from his relationship with his grandfather, who lost his hearing in the Vietnam War and consequently struggled with hearing loss. Ryan personally witnessed the life-changing and immediate impact hearing aids can have when his grandfather was treated with them. Once he realized the positive impact this had on his family, he knew that becoming a hearing instrument specialist was his calling in life.
Ryan received his NJ Hearing Aid Dispenser License in 2017, and has since worked side by side with an audiologist at HearingLife’s Denville, NJ location.
Ryan believes in treating everyone experiencing hearing difficulties with kindness, compassion and caring. He shows this by being knowledgeable and passionate about his profession, always willing to go the extra mile to do all he can to fulfill his customers’ hearing care needs.
Ryan is married and has two daughters. When not in the office, he loves music and is an avid sports fan.
