“ Audiology associates are a rip off. I have purchased several pairs from them. They bait and switch. Free batteries for the 3 years that the aids are under warranty, Not So. I have 7 more months left and AA says that I only have 8 packs left. They didn’t have any batteries for quite a while and I had to buy mine. Now they want $300+ for a streamer that was supplied with the hearing aids, I liked it so much that I ordered another and paid for it. And they are nickel and dimming me for wax guards and ear buds. I moved out of state and now have to pay for services that were offered when AA had an association with Oticon and other audiologists . There is a great turn over with personal which reflects the poor service that AA provides. My advise is to stay as far away as possible. ”
“She was very friendly.”
