The office is "squeaky clean" - so important in these Covid times. Her office administrator, Emily, replies quickly when I call with a question. The only drawback is that they do not bill your insurance, which makes it harder to get reimbursed for the services even if they are covered. The prices are high, but you get what you pay for. I choose the top of the line ReSound device, and price wise I found it comparable or cheaper than other providers. The price structure of Blue Sky ($ device+ $ service) is quite unique in the industry. Most providers sell complete packages. So if you opt for only 3 month service with Blue Sky you can cut the total price significantly. As a first time patient I opted for the full 2 year service.”
