“I was having trouble to hear on the left instrument and found when I hit the increase button it would increase the right side not the left. When I went in to get an appointment to see the man who set me up, a young lady said while you wait let me clean them for you. I have had them for about three months. She immediately showed me the yellow waxy buildup that was plugging up both instruments. She graciously cleaned them for me, and explained the circular device you use. I had never seen that device, so ended up buying one for future use. Also purchased two sets of the rubber guards that go on the end. Set the volume on both devices and left the office happy as a clam at high tide! Absolutely fantastic service!”

“I have had my hearing aids over 40 years due to sensorineural hearing loss since I was teen age. I have visited many hearing centers/services and done hearing test every two years average. One day, I need special hearing test and search online, most of hearing test centers cannot provide testing on the same day. Dr. David is super audio specialist. Dr. David not only provide free hearing test (most places charge over a hundred dollar) but he also loan the hearing aids for trial. In my hearing loss life, this is the best place in the world. ”
