“Perfectly wonderful experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is refreshing to find a doctors office concerned with treating the whole person instead of the symptoms. I will be back for balance therapy as well as my hearing aids. ”
“I have been a patient of Great Hill ENT for about 6 years. Dr. Brown and Dr. Peterson have been wonderful monitoring my Meniere's Disease and have assisted in identifying hearing loss in my affected ear that now requires a hearing aid. Dr. Peterson listened and found one that will make my life much better. ”
“Friendly, compassionate care. Patient listener. Adjusts hearing aids to your needs and desires, multiple times if necessary. Highly recommend Dr. Peterson. ”
“ Finally, someone in Austin who cares about patients! Recently I have felt more like a number and less like a person in our healthcare system. I came to this clinic because I wasn't feeling balanced and had fallen recently. I went through their initial balance assessement. I knew I had a hearing loss, and Dr. Peterson and Dr. Brown went out of their way to give me the information I needed, including how to file for possible VA benefit. They said they would be happy to help me, but given that I had served, they wanted to give me the information should I want to file. I can honestly say I was appreciative and amazed that they would do this. I had my wife come to this clinic as well and she ended up receiving hearing aids from The Hearing & Balance Center of Austin and she couldn't be happier. Thank you for truly caring.”
“My Dr. (audiologist) was very informative and encouraging, demonstrating much expertise. She encouraged feedback from me and made adjustments accordingly. In addition, she was very personable, contributing to a positive experience. ”
