Dr. Tony Milesi is easygoing in his approach to providing the best in hearing healthcare. Dr. Milesi provides treatment plans for the fitting, programming, and service of the latest hearing technology. As of February 2024, Dr. Milesi is a certified provider for Lenire tinnitus treatment. He takes his time with each client to ensure all questions have been answered and the client’s hearing potential has been reached. His Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Audiology degrees are from Ball State University.

Dr. Milesi works with musicians to provide the latest hearing protection options, including custom in-ear monitors. RK Audiology is an Ultimate Ears dealer, and Dr. Milesi keeps UE demos in stock to allow musicians to check out different models and options.

Dr. Milesi was interviewed and advised on hearing protection and navigating noisy places for the Texas Highways “Peace and Quiet” article and by KVUE for a TV spot on hearing protection during the Austin City Limits 2023 Music Festival.

Founder and co-owner Paula Rivers grew up in Mineral Wells, TX, riding motorcycles, operating heavy equipment, shooting guns, and listening to loud music without ear protection. This early noise exposure gave her a first-hand appreciation for the importance of hearing protection.

Paula graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Communication and Human Relations with a minor in Radio/Television/Film. She earned a second Bachelor of Science degree in speech-language pathology from Texas Woman’s University and her Master of Science in Audiology from the University of North Texas.  

Paula travels between RK locations to support, manage, and educate the audiology team on best practices and the ever-growing and changing landscape of hearing healthcare.

She taught the Amplifying Systems in Aural Rehab course to audiology doctoral students at the University of Texas at Austin with colleague and RK Westlake's lead audiologist, Dr. Victoria Villarreal.

Paula is fascinated with the anatomy and physiology of the ear and is an early adopter of the latest technology. Paula has expertise in customized hearing technology and made-for-smartphone options.

In her free time, she can be found playing with her pup, strumming her ukulele or guitar, riding her bike, and finding the sunshine.
