Audiologist

Dr. Amanda Langham received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Lamar University in 2005, graduating Phi Kappa Phi with a 4.0 GPA. In 2010 she completed her doctorate in Audiology at the University of Texas at Austin. While there, she received the Sertoma outstanding graduate student in Audiology award. Dr. Langham completed her internship at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas and worked as a staff audiologist at a local ENT before opening Central Texas Hearing Center in Austin in 2013.

Dr. Langham is driven by the philosophy that effective communication is key to a fulfilled life. She is a passionate advocate for hearing health and its impact on quality of life. Dr. Langham’s areas of interest include hearing aids, tinnitus, and delivering a customized hearing solution for every patient. She also serves as an audiology supervisor for the University of Texas’ Audiology program, mentoring the next generation of audiologists. Dr. Langham is licensed in the State of Texas and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). In her free time, she enjoys experiencing Austin greenbelts and trails with her husband and four-year-old twins.
