Doctor of audiology and CEO of Live Better Hearing, Ross Cushing’s main goal is to make sure patients at all of his offices receive excellent care at their appointment from beginning to end. He earned a Masters in Communicative Disorders and Sciences from the University of Buffalo as well as a Doctorate in Clinical Audiology. At Live Better Hearing he is dedicated to finding and employing the nation’s best audiologists and providing them the all the tools necessary to provide the highest standard of care.

Dr. Cushing’s main focus is training for hearing evaluations, hearing aid protocols and tinnitus and hyperacusis assessment best practices. He also helps to provide audiological consultations for Maryland State. Outside of his career, Dr. Cushing loves to spend time hanging out with his wife, and fellow doctor of audiology, Jenifer Cushing and their three children as well as swimming and hiking.

After attending the University of Maryland, Cindy Leeb, a doctor of audiology, achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences. She then earned a Doctorate of Audiology from Northwestern University.  Dr. Leeb began serving as an audiologist at Live Better Hearing in 2015 where she cultivates long term relationships with her patients to continue meeting all their hearing needs for years to come.
