“My husband started going to Taylor Listening Center in Pikesville, MD for hearing loss, a couple of years ago. He had an appointment with Dr. Emily Taylor, audiologist and owner of this establishment to determine to what degree his hearing loss was. After having a hearing test, Dr. Taylor explained to us what the next step should be for a quality life style of hearing better. Purchasing hearing aids at Taylor Listening Center was the best thing my husband ever did. His hearing is a lot better and his quality of life has improved. Whenever there was an issue with his hearing aids, all he had to do is call her office and he was seen right away. Dr. Taylor and her staff have gone over and above with helping my husband to make his life better. Just knowing they are only a phone call away is a good secure feeling. For example, today, my husband could not hear out of one of his hearing aids. He called and he was told to come right in. The result: everything was taken care of and back to normal. Dr. Taylor goes over and above in helping my husband to make his life better, between last minute appointments, her personal attention, her warmth, kindness and caring. She is the best. ”
“From start to finish, a fantastic experience. Booked my appointment and was ready to go. Covid 19 protocol in place. Clean office from the moment of walking in and being greeted I felt like family. And Dr. Taylor was so professional. Great examination and explained everything to me as we went along. Great experience and highly recommend ”
“Dr. Taylor was amazing and so personable. She talked me through options and her thoughts. Definitely recommend!!! ”
“I had my appointment with Dr. Taylor who I had never met before. Her first question was whether I've ever had a hearing test. I had to admit, I had not but I did say "huh" a lot. I have to say it was an absolute pleasure. She is both personable and professional. The tests were run with efficiency as were the decisions for my particular situation. The fact that my insurance is covering all charges doesn't hurt either. I plan to come back now on a yearly basis. I recommend anyone with hearing concerns contact Taylor Listening and find out what they can do for you.”
“I can say nothing but good things about Dr Taylor and her staff at TLC. After having brought my Mother and Father in law in to be fitted for hearing aids, it was my turn to be seen for an issue with my ears. On all 3 occasions with family and myself Dr Taylor exuded both professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this practice for any audiology concerns.”
About this hearing center
The Taylor Listening Center was founded in 2013 by Dr. Emily J. Taylor, a native to the Baltimore area. Her dream of opening a practice came about 10 years ago when she was studying at the University of Maryland. Dr. Taylor’s vision was to create a listening center that was 100% focused on patient care and less on the profit. Some might say this makes her a bad business woman but this philosophy is what makes Taylor Listening Center so unique compared to other practices in the area. Patients enjoy the professional and welcoming atmosphere and quickly feel like part of the TLC family after just one visit. TLC is dedicated to giving back to the community by selecting a different foundation/charity each month to donate proceeds of hearing testing to. We have also set up a hearing aid donation program so that we can fit refurbished donated hearing aids to those who cannot afford amplification. Dr. Taylor and staff look forward to showing you why TLC is a special type of practice unlike any other.
