“Of course, when my husband said I couldn't hear I didn't really think he was correct. Then in the spring of 2019 I had a severe case of shingles in my face. My left ear suffered more hearing loss. I had to do something and I found Dr. Taylor. I wear my hearing aids everyday and am very happy. Dr. Taylor also helped me with my insurance coverage and obtained a refund from my carrier. Couldn't say enough about her help.”

“Wonderful experience! Easy parking and access to office. Dr. Taylor is a very warm and caring healthcare provider. Both my wife and I were in and out in short time to have our ears cleaned out, with no discomfort whatsoever. Made our next appointment before even leaving the office.”

“I've been using hearing aids for the last 6 years and I never noticed that they were actually improving my hearing until the current pair I got from Taylor Listening Center. These are the 3rd pair I've had in 6 years and the first that I would say I can tell the difference. I hear so clearly now that I have lowered my voice considerably and people have asked me if I am feeling alright because I am talking so softly. Additionally I received the most thorough examination that I ever got from any of the prior 3 audiologists who examined me.”

About this hearing center

The Taylor Listening Center was founded in 2013 by Dr. Emily J. Taylor, a native to the Baltimore area. Her dream of opening a practice came about 10 years ago when she was studying at the University of Maryland. Dr. Taylor’s vision was to create a listening center that was 100% focused on patient care and less on the profit. Some might say this makes her a bad business woman but this philosophy is what makes Taylor Listening Center so unique compared to other practices in the area. Patients enjoy the professional and welcoming atmosphere and quickly feel like part of the TLC family after just one visit. TLC is dedicated to giving back to the community by selecting a different foundation/charity each month to donate proceeds of hearing testing to. We have also set up a hearing aid donation program so that we can fit refurbished donated hearing aids to those who cannot afford amplification. Dr. Taylor and staff look forward to showing you why TLC is a special type of practice unlike any other.
