“Professional, patient, and perceptive describes Dr. Papel. The whole experience of the hearing test, consultation, selection, fitting, and servicing was top notch all the way. Dr. Papel selected a device based on my needs and desires, and it's perfect. She spent time adjusting for what was best for me, taking the time to show me how to maintain and clean my device, and then resizing it after a month had gone by and I had some experience with using the device. The whole staff is friendly, no waiting to check in or check out. In short, a really good experience from start to finish.”
