“When I went there, I got the best care I can ever remember getting at a medical office, in terms of how quickly they saw me, the medical attention, the diagnosis. They were amazing. I had been to two other providers for the same problem and they just couldn't seem to identify the cause of the problem or the right medication. I went to this office, he was terrific. Within a few hours after going there, whatever he prescribed was very effective. He cured me - very quickly.”
“That I didn't have to wait too much to be seen. He was really nice and on point. Everything that I needed was explained.”
“They were great.”
“The doctors were polite. He was very friendly, that was nice.”
“Have never been to a doctor's office with a more rude staff - literally impossible to complete a request, am spoken to rudely on the phone, and now twice have been HUNG UP ON without my issue being resolved. The audacity to exercise whatever authority this team thinks they have by holding health records hostage and not helping patients is unreal to me. Also unsatisfied with initial meeting with the doctor, have moved on and am much happier with a new practice. ”
