“Dr. Rouleau has retired. Being parly blind makes it extremely difficult to clean my aids. Dr. Rouleau graciously handled that for me. However, since she retired, the last time I was in there I had to drop it off & leave it due to COVID-19. I went back to pick up my hearing aid & was charged $60 by the new audiologist for cleaning it. I don’t mind paying for a service, but I believe it was a bit inflated for the service performed. Now that I am eligible for a new hearing aids I will try to locate another audiology service with extended service for disabled people.”

“Dr. Rouleau takes her time with her patients to ensure they are comfortable with their hearing aids. She is extremely knowledgeable & has a wonderful "bedside" manner. There were no limits to the office visits in order to achieve maximum comfort. In addition, the other staff members are just as friendly & efficient as Dr. Rouleau. I highly recommend Audiology Associates for hearing needs. ”
