Candice Grotsky AUD, CCC-A, FAAA
Dr. Grotsky graduated from Salus University with her Doctorate in Audiology in 2006; her Master of Science in Audiology from Minot State University in 1998 and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Minot State University in 1996. She also holds a bachelor of Arts Advanced degree in English from the University of Regina, Canada, from 1995. She moved from Toronto, Canada to Arizona in 1999 and doesn’t miss shoveling snow at all!
Dr. Grotsky has been with Cigna Medical Group since 2001 and shares their passion and commitment to customer service and helping people.
Dr. Grotsky holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow with the American Academy of Audiology. She is a Licensed Dispensing Audiologist in the state of Arizona.
Through her memberships and continuing education, she maintains the highest level of knowledge and familiarization with hearing loss, emerging hearing aid technologies, and the changing needs of hearing-impaired individuals.
She enjoys working out 6 days a week and spending time with her family and bunnies. She truly loves ears of all shapes and sizes which can be seen by a photo or two of her pet bunnies on the office walls!
Diana Warncke AuD, CCC-A
Dr. Warncke is a licensed Dispensing Audiologist in the state of Arizona. She graduated from Salus University with her Doctorate in Audiology in 2016. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Arizona in 2011. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She completed a year long externship at the Phoenix VA Hospital. She is from Peekskill, New York and moved to Arizona in 2015. She is very passionate about Audiology and helping people with their hearing healthcare needs. She takes the time to listen to her patients so she can provide them with solutions to improve their hearing. After all, the ability to relate to people and the world around us is essential to a happy and healthy life.
Mike is one of our MAAs and helps as a Medical Audiology Assistant at the Stapley Hearing Center. He has been with Cigna Medical Group for over 10 years now. In his current role he must wear many hats. His previous 5 ½ years with Cigna were in customer service as a subject matter expert with a limited benefit plan called Starbride. He joined the Stapley Hearing Center in February, 2014 and is excited to help our patients hear. In addition, Mike served in the United States Navy for 15 years, holds his Bachelor Degree in Business Management and was also awarded his Masters in Business Administration in Healthcare Management through the University of Phoenix. He is currently working on a Doctoral degree in HealthCare management through GCU (Grand Canyon University). He is proud to be the first in his family to obtain a Masters degree.
