Audiologist

In 2003, Dr. Lori Klein Garnder utilized her extensive audiology experience to bring her lifelong dream to fruition with the creation of Hear Virginia LLC.  Her extensive expertise in hearing technology and her commitment to optimal patient-centered care provide a solid foundation to improve hearing and quality of life for the people of the Richmond area.

In addition to leading the team at Hear Virginia, Dr. Lori also provides voluntary hearing services in the greater Richmond area as well as being part of "remote area medical" teams that travel to Appalachia and Southwest Virginia. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Deaf/Hard of Hearing Advocacy and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Audiology Foundation of America. She lives in western Henrico County.

Audiologist

Dr. Thomas Casey is an audiologist helping patients at Hear Virginia LLC. He joined the team in 2008 as a part time audiologist.  Dr. Casey earned his master’s degree from Bloomsburg University and his bachelor’s degree from Wilkes University.
