“Staff was very professional. After the audiologist adjusted my hearing aids and worked with them to create my workable "hearing comfort level", I was able to hear a clock "tic toc" and birds whistling in the air. This may not be the case for everyone, but they took the time to reach the highest therapeutic level possible with the resources that I had. Recommend Richmond Hearing Doctors on Glenside.”
“I highly recommend Richman Hearing Doctors. I have been under the care of Dr Kim Imajo and recently had an appointment for a hearing test. She is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. My appointments are always on time, she has helped me sort out some issues with my charger, always there to listen and resolve any questions I may have. ”
“Richmond Hearing Doctors provide competent care. They are supportive and knowledgeable.”
“This practice is the best! I had a dome cap, stuck deep in my ear canal. I think everyone on the team participated in trying to extract it. Even though they were not able to remove it in the office, they quickly got on the phone and referred me to an ENT, who had the specialized equipment to do this. It was removed that day. Yah! I am very appreciative of all the efforts of everyone going above and beyond, like always. :-) ”
