“Dr. Ball is a great audiologist. I saw her after. I was initially went to someone else who pushed me to get hearing aids 5 years ago when I only had mild hearing loss. When I got those hearing aids I could barely hear any difference. I returned them . When I went to Dr. Ball , she tested me and said my hearing was mildly decreased but it was not surprising that I didn't notice any difference with such a small decrease. I have had annual (free) hearing tests since then and now ready to try an advanced hearing aid which may help with my current hearing loss which has progressed enough to make sense to try one out.”
