“This practice is outstanding in every way. Dr. Imajo is working diligentlt, trying to help me hear a little better. (I am very hard of hearing.) I wish I had known about this practice earlier in my hearing aid journey. ”
“Really nice, working hard to get my hearing corrected. Thanks”
“The staff are always friendly, accommodating and professional. I have never felt rushed, even when they worked me in due to an immediate problem. Dr Ball, whom I regularly see, and Dr Ulmer, whom I saw when worked in, are great. I have recommended this practice to a number of friends. I rate them highly!!!”
“Dr. Ball is fantastic and I wish that more physicians were like her. She is genuine and cares for and about her patients. Shelley, has always been very helpful as well. They make you feel like your family. I do not want to take away from any of the other staff because they have been attentive and helpful as well. With the exception of one time I have always seen Dr. Ball. I am sorry that I do not remember the name of the person I saw but she was very nice. I have never had a bad experience at Richmond Hearing Doctors.”
“Richmond Hearing Doctors is a wonderful group of professionals! My advice is use an independent like this practice. Of course, if you have access to Richmond Hearing Doctors I recommend you use them for your hearing needs. ”
