“Dr. Ball is a great audiologist. I saw her after. I was initially went to someone else who pushed me to get hearing aids 5 years ago when I only had mild hearing loss. When I got those hearing aids I could barely hear any difference. I returned them . When I went to Dr. Ball , she tested me and said my hearing was mildly decreased but it was not surprising that I didn't notice any difference with such a small decrease. I have had annual (free) hearing tests since then and now ready to try an advanced hearing aid which may help with my current hearing loss which has progressed enough to make sense to try one out.”

“My daughter is a patient at Richmond Hearing Doctors. She is a young adult with a lifelong hearing loss. She struggled to find an audiologist who understands her hearing needs and the difficulties of maintaining reliable hearing aids on a budget. All of the members of this office have been extraordinarily kind and understanding. I can’t begin to thank them enough for their efforts to help her, their patience and compassion while working with my daughter. The doctors and staff of this organization go above and beyond to help their clients. ”

“My experience has been positive in every way; friendly reminders via phone, welcoming greeting upon entering and comfortable waiting room. Leah Ball is not only professional and knowledgeable but gracious ,patient and supportive. Getting help for my hearing was a big step for me.....She made sure the devices were comfortable and and addressed my loss. I'm still getting used to them,so she made sure I have followup. As a health care professional myself, I especially appreciate their commitment to their patients!”
