“Recently I have felt that either my hearing aides were worn out (four years old) or that my hearing was getting much worse, so I made an appointment with Debra Ogilvey who has helped both my late husband and me for several years. She cleaned my ears, cleaned the hearing aides, and gave me a hearing test. My hearing had not changed; it was only wax and dirt. Without criticizing my lack of hygiene and without any sales talk, she sent me home with my old hearing aides. Things like that keep me loyal to her, and willing to recommend her to anyone.”

“I scheduled to get the Lenire tinnitus system. Dr. Ruth ran a complete hearing test on me and had a deep discussion on my hearing issues. She ran another test and adjusted my hearing aids. Lenire is the very latest tinnitus treatment option, but is not currently approved by insurance.
