“When I first got my hearing aids I dealt with Jennifer who I found very easy to deal with when she moved to another office I then dealt with Ciro I found both of these people be to very helpful and very professional. I have had hearing aids every year and have not found them to be helpful to me. Both of these people worked to get them right, and believe me it has not been easy. They both worked with me to make them right and I think I am finally there., but I know if I need any adjustments Ciro will work to get them right. Thank you for these people.”
“I had an appointment with Shawna Wilkerson on the 23rd of December 2023. I want you all to know that Shawna was outstanding in everyway - she fixed my hearing aids, she adjusted my hearing aids, she changed parts and was just so helpful and wonderful - Great Staff member and it was fun as well cause Shawna is great with conversation and making the patient feel comfortable while waiting I vote for Revolution Hearing and Shawna! ”

“I came in for the free consultation. Everyone was very helpful throughout the whole process. Both the audiologist (Madison) who conducted the tests and the office manger (Shawna) who helped with paperwork were great. I was allowed to "test drive" the hearing devices that had been tuned according to my loss. They worked great and were easy and comfortable to wear. I did not have any problems with "feedback" or random noise. The ability to adjust them using the app on my phone was great. However, I did not feel my hearing loss needed devices at this time. It was very easy to return them after the trial. Shawna Wilkerson was very helpful throughout the process.”
