“I will start by saying I had no idea just how bad my hearing was. I was impressed with the entire experience; I was treated with respect and dignity throughput the entire process. ”
“On January 20, 2015 I had a free hearing test at Evolution Hearing. Dr. Koch referred me to the UVA Ear, Nose and Throat folks. My decision was to have surgery but Dr. Koch, who could have sold hearing aids to me, did the right thing by having me consult the ENT doctors. I appreciate her concern and professionalism. ”
