“With so many hearing ids available, I brought my sound response chart, and I was fitted to the appropriate digital unit. Tony "nudged" me on the software for the unit, and I'm easing into a more clearly heard world for me.”

“Highly recommend. Appointment was easy to make. During COVID all precautions are taken. Tony was very skilled, explained with graphs my hearing challenges and provided an option to address my issues. Very satisfied! ”

“Have never had a problem with them. Tony is very knowledgeable. Very helpful. My only complaint is that when my 4 year old hearing broke, I was told that because of it's age they wouldn't fix it. They kinda pushed to get a new set. After i ordered and received new hearing aides, I am told that damaged hearing aide could be fixed for $300. They should have seen if it could be fixed first before getting me new hearing aides. Would rather have spent $300, even if only lasts a year then $2200. Especially as i was working reduced hours”

“Professional yet very comfortable atmosphere. Tony obviously cares about his patients and really wants to help--whether it means adjusting a hearing aid or an appointment. Everyone is so friendly and nice.”

“I did not have a hearing problem. People just spoke too softly or not very clearly. My favorite word was - What? Being a male and vain I was very reluctant to wearing hearing aids . With "encouragement" from my wife and several others I made an appointment with Tony. After he explained the results of the test and the possible solutions, he offered me to try on a pair of hearing aids and asked me to step outside and listen without the hearing aids and then put them in. A whole new world opened up. I heard birds that I didn't hear moments before, traffic was louder and I could clearly hear people speaking. I was "SOLD"! That was several years ago . Since then I have had several appointments with Tony for minor issues. Tony and Darrellyn were always there addressing and any issue I had. The staff at Medical Arts is and has always been professional, courteous, listening to issues I may have had and working closely to make sure everything was taken care of. Most importantly I have always been treated as part of their family! Medical Arts Hearing Instruments has always provided service beyond expectations!!”
