“Paul is amazing. He has seen me multiple times for issues that have come up, including dealing with a hearing aid that spent a few days lost in the snow, and my unusually shaped ear canals. He has never charged me after my initial purchase over two years ago, and fit me into his schedule, while accommodating my limited availability. Most recently this including a new hearing test which required a significant adjustment to one hearing aid. When I decided I wanted an additional charging case, he ordered it, but gave me a loaner while I waited for it to come it.
