“Licensed Hearing Specialist TAMAR KATZ IS OUTSTANDING! and what a wonderful caring human being. She is perfect for this job and her patients need her. I highly recommend the entire staff to continue giving to the community with no interruption. ”
“Always professional, attentive, compassionate, and efficient. Could not imagine going elsewhere. ”
“I originally purchased my hearing aids about 7 years ago. They are well suited to my needs but the battery compartment door latch stopped working rendering them useless. My local audiologist had since retired, so the manufacturer recommended I try Mass Audiology in Waltham. Despite being about 75 miles away I decided I needed to give them a try. Both Alex and Tamar were as polite and helpful as could be. Tamar was able to make the repairs herself. In a short amount of time they were fully operational again. There was no pressure to buy new if it wasn't right for me. The repairs were cheerfully done at no charge. I even came away with a stash of new batteries at no charge. I could not imagine better service or outcome. It was definitely worth the trip!”
“Professional, kind, knowledgable, and extremely helpful.”
“Several months ago, when I needed some new batteries, I called the Waltham office as usual and left a message about needing batteries. No one returned my first, second and third calls, and kept getting a recorded message done by the then audiologist, Ken Pruyn. Finally I went to the office to see what the problem might be. The woman behind the front desk clearly wasn't interested in speaking to me -- she was engrossed in some sort of conference call. Eventually Ms. Katz came out of her office and asked if she could help me. I told her about my attempts to call. I demonstrated what happened when I called, i.e., I just get Ken Pruyn's recorded message. Ms. Katz said that there must be something wrong with their phone, since Mr. Pruyn was no longer there. I expressed my surprise that her receptionist seemed unwilling to talk to me since she was engaged in a conference call. Ms. Katz gave me the batteries and I left. Fast forward to Monday, Sept. 25, and I again called to request batteries, but had to leave a message -- this time it was no longer Mr. Pruyn's voice on the recording. Later, someone did call back, but I was out and had to call them back. When I did, I was told that the person I spoke to was in the Dedham office, but promised she would send me batteries. A week later, they still hadn't arrived, so I called the Waltham office again. This time someone in Brookline(!) answered. I related this whole saga to her and she said she would send me batteries. I'll see.... It occurs to me that this is not a great way to run a company!”
