I especially like that he isn't promoting any particular brand of hearing aid but knows the strengths and weaknesses of different brands and can make recommendations based on which manufacturer's aids are best suited to particular hearing deficiencies. He let me try one brand and when it didn't sound natural to me, he let me try another, which did. In addition to getting great care and advice, I really enjoy my visits.
