“Absolutely the BEST in every way! We have been trying to get my husband to have his hearing checked for a few years. Finally we both went to get evaluations. What a pleasant and informative experience! Helen greeted us warmly and instantly put us at ease. Alex's exam lived up to the name "Professional". He was so knowledgeable, kind, and his explanations of procedures, implications, and the science were outstanding. We felt very comfortable and were so happy we came to have such a thorough evaluation done. Thank you, and keep up the good work!”

“I have been bringing my mom to Alex Lee for over 5 years now. Alex and his staff have always been very professional and really taken the time to maintain mom's hearing aids in great working condition. When small issues did come up, Alex was able to quickly and efficiently resolve the problems. Thank you for many great years of outstanding service!”

“I recently needed my 100 year old mom’s hearing aides made smaller. They weren’t fitting properly and ringing up a storm. I brought them in, and Alex said he would shave them down so she could have them for her birthday celebration that Sunday. I was in my car heading home and my phone rang telling me they were fixed. Now that’s what I call service!!! It’s always a pleasure doing business with professionals who really care about their patients. ”

Hearing Tests ►

Before starting the test our hearing providers take a careful look inside your ears to see if your hearing trouble might be due to a blockage or an issue with the ear canal or eardrum. We use an otoscope or video otoscope to get a clear detailed view of your outer ear.

Next, we'll determine the type and degree of hearing loss you may have. This may include one or more of the following hearing tests.

  • A hearing screening which measures your hearing at various frequencies
  • A speech assessment to measure how well you hear and understand everyday conversations at different volumes
  • A middle-ear evaluation to asses how your eardrum and hearing respond to changes in air pressure.
