Audiologist Dianna Randolph has been with Northwest Ohio Hearing Clinic since 2005. She earned her Masters degree from Kent State University and her Doctor of Audiology degree from The Arizona School of Health Science. Dianna's outreach activities include authoring stories for local newspapers and speaking to members of various retirement homes and businesses on the topics of balance and hearing aids.
Randa Mansour-Shousher is an audiologist with over 30 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo, her Masters of Science degree from the University of Michigan and her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from A.T. Still University. Her specialties are tinnitus, vertigo and the latest hearing aid technologies. She is highly-skilled in diagnosing hearing loss, dizziness, tinnitus disorders and developing personalized treatment plans.

Northwest Ohio Hearing Clinic is staffed by doctors of audiology with over 50 years combined experience. We have had the opportunity to train future audiologists and physicians in our clinics. We take a team approach to hearing loss, tinnitus and dizziness. Our good rapport with otololaryngologists, primary care physicians, physical therapists and other allied health professionals allows us to provide the best service to our patients.
We offer a full range of audiological services including hearing testing, hearing aid fittings and repairs, tinnitus treatment and a dizziness clinic. We also offer hearing protection along with musician plugs and other assistive listening devices.
